Information you choose to provide
When you request a quote, Digitize4u receives the contact details, organization information, project description, requested service, quantity or timing details, contact preference, and optional file you submit. Please send only information needed to evaluate the project.
How quote information is used
Quote information is used to review and respond to your request, communicate about the potential project, and protect the form from misuse. The website does not create a quote database or keep a persistent website copy of an uploaded attachment. Submissions and attachments are delivered by email, so the email provider and receiving mailboxes necessarily process and retain them under their own systems and policies.
Service providers
The quote workflow uses Cloudflare Turnstile to assess automated abuse and Resend to deliver quote emails and acknowledgements. If analytics credentials are enabled, Plausible Analytics records privacy-oriented page views and a small, fixed set of conversion events. Digitize4u does not send your contact details, project description, or uploaded file to analytics.
The site includes Instagram's official profile embed and Facebook's Page Plugin to display updates from Digitize4u. When either feed loads, Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, and may read or set cookies according to Meta's own privacy practices. The feeds are loaded from Instagram and Facebook and are not used to collect quote information.
Technical information
Hosting, security, and anti-abuse services may process limited technical information such as an IP address, user agent, request time, and security signals. This helps serve the site, detect misuse, and troubleshoot delivery.
Your choices
You may call or email instead of using the quote form. You may also choose not to attach a file until a later conversation. To ask about information you have submitted, contact sales@digitize4u.com.
Third-party destinations
The apparel catalog, client portal, registration page, directions service, Instagram and Facebook feeds, Turnstile, and email-delivery service are separate third-party destinations or services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them.
Security and changes
Digitize4u uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the website and may update this policy as the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
